No. SureBrg acts as a program administrator. All insurance risk is carried by a licensed Nigerian insurer regulated by NAICOM. Your organisation has no financial exposure to claims. You offer the benefit; we and the insurer back it.

Pricing is based on your workforce size, chosen coverage tier and risk profile. SureBrg provides a detailed proposal after the initial conversation. Some employers absorb the full cost as a benefit; others share it with employees. Both structures work within our model.

From signed agreement to active coverage typically takes 5 to 10 business days, depending on workforce size and documentation readiness. SureBrg manages the entire process and keeps your team informed at each stage.

Benefits are triggered by involuntary job loss, specifically retrenchment or redundancy. Voluntary resignation, dismissal for cause and retirement do not qualify. This is defined clearly in every policy and communicated to employees at enrollment.
